Zinsser Bulls Eye 1.2.3 Primer-Sealer

Bulls Eye 1.2.3 is both an interior & exterior waterbased primer -sealer. It effectively primes and seals a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces, especially those hard-to-stick surfaces, such as varnished or gloss surfaces without the need to sand.

Bulls Eye 1.2.3 also prevents rust formation when applied over clean ferrous metal such as iron and steel and contains a biocide which offers effective resistance to fungal degradation.

Bulls Eye 1.2.3 can also be used as a stain block. It permanently and completely seals graffiti, grease spots, tar and asphalt - inside and out.
